Production Line start-ups. Daily operation and maintenance of the water treatment system. Lab analysis of a variety of physical, chemical and microbiological parameters for spring water and flavoured beverages. Data entry in various databases. Developing and maintaining quality systems and programs within the facility. The successful candidate will be required to work a 8-hour rotating shift, days, nights, weekends and holidays as required. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Degree in Biology, microbiology, chemistry or similar and related fields preferred. Experience in membrane filtration, enumeration and confirmation. The ability to accurately record data using MS Excel and Word. Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills. Ability to demonstrate good lab practices and good manufacturing practices Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills & excellent time management skills Previous experience in a high-speed beverage or food-manufacturing environment preferred Experience and familiarity with HACCP Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
