About the Role Our Retail Sales Associate provides prompt courteous and efficient service to customers, advising them on appropriate merchandise and related items and ticketing and replenishing merchandise; cycle counting, general housekeeping of shelves, loss prevention, merchandising, restocking and staying current with trends in the industry related to his/her product/section of the store. The Retail Sales Associate provides prompt and efficient customer service while advising on merchandise and related items. They are also responsible for maintaining store standards through merchandising, restocking, cycle counting, and general housekeeping.

Candidates must have customer service experience and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for the duration of a shift. Availability to work holidays and weekends is required, and retail or POS system experience is considered an asset.
