Perform routine maintenance, waterproofing, and restoration of surfaces while conducting damage assessments. Responsible for setting up equipment, repairing floor coverings, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.

Requires a trade certificate or diploma and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates must be physically capable of handling heavy loads over 45 kg and be willing to travel to various urban sites.
