Pay: CA$20.00 - CA$25.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining safety and organization within the warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience who thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to contribute to a thriving logistics operation. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and packaging best practices Photograph all products being shipped and received Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts Ensure proper handling of goods during loading and unloading processes to prevent damage or loss Assist in organizing the warehouse for optimal storage, accessibility, and safety compliance Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and support overall warehouse distribution goals Skills Experience operating forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), for inventory tracking and order processing Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and order picking techniques Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and packaging needs Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and documentation Physical ability to load & unload shipments repeatedly throughout shifts Join us as a Shipper/Receiver where your skills will directly impact our ability to deliver quality service.
