JOB DESCRIPTION Looking for a talented, organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual able to perform electrical wiring and assembly. Supervise and maintain the electrical assembly shop. JOB REQUIREMENTS Job duties include but not limited to Ensure implementation of production processes Read electrical drawings and perform electrical wiring and assembly of control panels Coordinate with production manager and electrical design team for any technical issues. Collaboration with order entry team and documentation of each job. Quality check of finished product, Point-to-point checking. Keep the work area organized, cleaned and tidy. Making sure that tools are stored away properly by end of each shift. Identify shop needs, inventory check, shop supplies. Accurate time entry of each job in the system Take safety measures, identify any hazard, follow OH&S procedures. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Five-year hands-on experience in light assembly environment Strong leadership qualities Excellent communication, Time, and people management skills Familiar with MS office, and basic project management tools Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.

Supervise and maintain the electrical assembly shop while ensuring the implementation of production processes. Perform electrical wiring and assembly of control panels and conduct quality checks on finished products.

Requires five years of hands-on experience in a light assembly environment with strong leadership and communication skills. Must be proficient in reading electrical drawings and using MS Office and basic project management tools.
