Résumé du poste
The Opportunity Procom is looking to add a Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist to the team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role sitting within the Growth Office, reporting to the CRO with a dotted line to General Counsel. You'll own the full contract lifecycle across both our Consulting Services and Workforce Solutions lines of business — from the first client introduction through signed agreement, renewals, and amendments. You'll be positioned as a commercial subject matter expert and trusted partner, not a gatekeeper. If you're energized by deal-making, thrive on complexity, and want a seat at the table where revenue decisions get made, this role was built for you. What You'll Do Lead negotiations on contract agreements with a variety clients across all lines of business Own the end-to-end contracting process, from client introduction to executed agreement with urgency and precision Identify commercial risk in client-proposed terms early and bring forward mitigation strategies before escalation is needed Partner closely with Account Managers so the client experience stays seamless Serve as the bridge between the sales organization and Legal, translating commercial intent into contractually sound language Drive consistency in contract terms across channels, lines of business, and client segments Track negotiation cycle times, spot recurring bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements that make the whole engine run faster What You Bring 5+ years of commercial contract negotiation experience in professional services, IT outsourcing, staffing, BPO, or a related industry Bilingual in French and English Hands-on experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and rate-based agreements with a wide variety of clients Direct exposure to client procurement and legal teams in a negotiation context A strong grasp of commercial contract structures: rate cards, rebate structures, indemnification, liability caps, and payment terms A credible, composed presence in high-stakes conversations with senior procurement and legal counterparts Sharp analytical instincts. You notice gaps, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in draft agreements before they become problems Post-secondary education in business, law, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience) What Sets You Apart Sell-side contracting experience within a mid-to-large organization Background in the staffing or contingent workforce industry Experience working within Staffing program environments Contract management certification (CCCM, CCMP, SCMP, CPSM, or equivalent) Formal negotiation training (Stitt Feld Handy, Rotman, or equivalent) Familiarity with CRM platforms and contract management systems Working knowledge of Canadian or US employment and labour standards Why Work at Procom: Belonging & Impact: An inclusive, collaborative culture where your ideas are valued, and make a real impact. Balanced Work Model: A modern hybrid work model that supports productivity and personal flexibility. Work From Where You Thrive: Whether visiting family or exploring a new place, our remote-work program lets you temporarily work from another approved location for up to two weeks each year keeping you connected wherever life takes you. Competitive Compensation: Compensation designed to remain competitive within our industry. Time to Recharge: Generous vacation and sick-day policies. Health & Well-Being: Comprehensive health benefits, mental health resources, and preferred pricing on various perks through third party providers. Set up for Success: Access to the tools and tech you need to succeed plus an IT equipment stipend.
