Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management - Job Description: The Change Manager will contribute to the overall success of the US Cash Management Program by ensuring all product capabilities in the roadmap are supported by the relevant GWO operating utilities for launch dates. You will work closely with the USCM Program Lead to support the planning and execution of strategic change initiatives within operational Global Banking and Markets teams. Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management - Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end change delivery activities across multiple concurrent initiatives and Agile release cycles. • Conduct business impact assessments and develop appropriate mitigation and readiness plans. • Develop and execute integrated change and delivery plans. • Manage release implementation activities, including testing coordination and deployment readiness. • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional working sessions. • Prepare and deliver status updates, dashboards, and leadership reporting. • Collaborate closely with business, operations, and technology partners. • Support continuous improvement efforts by incorporating lessons learned and feedback. Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management - Mandatory Skills: • 8+ years of experience in Change Management. • Previous experience working in a highly Agile environment. • Previous experience in Cash Management/GTB or Capital Markets/GBM. • Strong proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Sharepoint). Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Knowledge of the Bank's application systems and their relationships within the Bank. • Project Management experience including leading, planning, and executing enterprise-level initiatives. • Experience supporting product rollouts and commercialization initiatives. • Testing coordination experience. Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management – Assignment Length: This is a 12 month contract position with a strong possibility of extension. Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management - Start Date: ASAP. Change Manager - Capital Markets/Cash Management - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid with 3 days in office.
