Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology - Job Description: The Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a new enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) implementation in a large financial institution. This transformational project involves managing large-scale technology implementations and ensuring successful deployment and transition. Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology - Responsibilities: • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical paths • Monitor and report progress, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions • Lead the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration and deployment • Build strong working relationships with business, technology, learning, and compliance stakeholders • Manage multiple implementation partners and vendors • Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, status updates, RAID logs, and SteerCo materials • Partner with change and communication teams to support adoption and readiness activities Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology - Mandatory Skills: • 7+ years of project management experience in large-scale enterprise system/technology implementations • Experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related functions • Managing third-party implementation partners • Managing multiple workstreams with complex dependencies • Navigating complex stakeholder environments with executive governance • Experience with HRIS or Talent platforms • Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience leading LMS implementation and modernization initiatives • Experience with deploying learning platforms like Workday Learning, SumTotal, or similar • Experience supporting bilingual or multilingual implementations • Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments • Learning analytics and reporting Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology – Assignment Length: The assignment is from 09/01/2026 to 10/15/2027, with the possibility of extension. Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology - Start Date: ASAP Senior Project Manager, Learning Technology - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office. This employer uses both human and technology-assisted tools to support candidate screening and assessment.
