Senior SAP HR / Payroll Functional Analyst

Title: Senior SAP HR / Payroll Functional Analyst Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Toronto or Montreal (hybride) The consultant will work within a complex and evolving environment, collaborating with IT teams, HR business partners, payroll teams, and external vendors. This is a contract opportunity offering the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives within a large-scale SAP environment. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR and Payroll processes Configure and support SAP HCM modules, primarily PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll Participate in impact assessments, workshops, and the definition of functional solutions Collaborate with technical teams and system integrators to ensure the quality of deliverables Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities Provide operational support and incident resolution related to SAP HR / Payroll modules Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects Produce and maintain functional documentation Advise business stakeholders on SAP HR / Payroll best practices Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP Functional Analyst Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR / Payroll modules Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes within a complex corporate environment Experience supporting SAP projects and delivering enhancements SAP HCM SAP Payroll SAP PA / OM / Time Management

The analyst will gather and document business requirements to configure and support SAP HCM modules, specifically PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll. They will also collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables and provide operational support.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll modules. Experience supporting SAP projects and delivering enhancements within complex corporate environments is required.
