You’ll own small projects from start to finish and play a pivotal role in our most complex, large-scale innovations. What You’ll Do Design with Purpose: Lead the design of electrical distribution, life safety systems, lighting & controls, and building systems using a sustainability-first mindset. Solve & Innovate: Tackle complex engineering puzzles, validate calculations, and produce technical specifications that set the industry standard. Collaborate: Work at the center of a multidisciplinary hub, coordinating with architects and structural engineers to bring visions to life. Mentor & Lead: Empower the next generation of engineers by providing technical guidance to junior staff and managing agile project teams. Client Relations: Act as the face of the firm in client meetings, turning technical requirements into successful project proposals. We value precision & efficiency. You’ll be a power user in: AutoCAD (Drafting & Modeling) Advanced Excel (Complex Worksheets) Bluebeam (Review & Markup) Why You’re the Perfect Fit You are a licensed P.Eng. with 4–10 years of experience in building systems. You’re tired of being micro-managed—you crave the autonomy to make independent decisions. You have a "figure-it-out" mentality when faced with novel or difficult engineering challenges.
