(www.porteparole.org) This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of one of Canada’s leading documentary theatre companies during a significant period of organizational growth. We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven fundraising leader to advance Porte Parole’s next phase of development. Reporting to Senior Management and collaborating with the Board of Directors, the Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships will lead the expansion of the organization’s private fundraising initiatives, including foundations, major gifts, annual campaigns, and strategic partnerships. This role will play a key role in advancing Porte Parole’s national philanthropic ambitions and deepening relationships with supporters across Canada. Job Description The Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships leads Porte Parole’s philanthropic strategy and private fundraising activities. The role oversees major gifts, foundation partnerships, donor stewardship, campaign development, and strategic relationship-building in support of the organization’s artistic and strategic ambitions. It also proactively identifies emerging philanthropic opportunities and funding trends at the provincial and national levels.
