CANADA LOCATION ONLY About the Company Promoveo Health is hiring Dental Sales Representatives. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on educating dental healthcare professionals (HCPs), reactivating lapsed accounts, and growing case volume for our client’s provider base. About the Role As a Dental Sales Representatives, you will own a defined book of approximately 120 targeted accounts within your assigned metro territory. You will deliver 8 in-practice visits per day, drive measurable provider engagement, and serve as the on-the-ground brand ambassador for our client. You will report to the Promoveo Sales Director and work in close coordination with our client's Commercial team. Field Sales Execution Conduct 8 high-quality in-practice visits per day within your assigned metro territory. Deliver meaningful touches per targeted practice, progressing each account from awareness, to engagement, to case submission. Execute against a defined call plan covering key dental customers. Maintain a daily/weekly territory plan; pre-call plan every visit and document outcomes the same day. Provider Education & Engagement Educate dentists, orthodontists, Treatment Coordinators, Practice Managers, and clinical staff on our client’s portfolio, including product enhancements, clinical protocols, and case-acceptance best practices. Reactivate lapsed providers through tailored outreach, addressing prior friction points and re-establishing the value of our client within their practice mix. Grow case volume among targeted providers by identifying utilization barriers and partnering with practices on practical adoption plans. Build trusted, long-term relationships with practice owners and key staff — acting as a credible, compliant, and consultative resource. CRM, Activity Tracking & Reporting Use the Promoveo CRM (Salesforce-based) and Field Activity Report to log every visit, contact, outcome, next step, and disposition — same day, every day. Maintain accurate customer database records; update practice contacts, decision-makers, and account status in real time. Submit weekly territory reports and participate in weekly team huddles and monthly business reviews with the Sales Director. Use CRM dashboards to self-monitor activity, coverage, and progression metrics. Training & Continuous Development Complete initial onboarding and Plan-of-Action (POA) training prior to deployment. Participate in ongoing virtual huddles, monthly skill-building sessions, ride-alongs, and clinical/competitive updates. Maintain current certification on all required product, clinical, and compliance modules. Compliance & Professional Conduct Comply at all times with Promoveo’s Global Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, and IT security standards. Adhere to all applicable laws, including the U.S. Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and (where applicable) the UK Bribery Act. Protect our clients Confidential Information. Successfully clear background screening and verification against OIG, FDA Debarment, Denied Persons, and SDN sanctions lists prior to deployment and on an ongoing basis. Qualifications 1–3 years of field sales experience in dental, pharmaceutical, medical device, or B2B sales (per SOW requirement). Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targets. Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM; comfortable with iPad/iPhone-based field tools. Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and clinical/consultative selling skills. Strong organizational and time-management discipline — capable of self-directing 8 quality visits per day. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record. Legally authorized to work in the country of the assigned territory (U.S. or Canada). Must successfully clear background, sanctions, and debarment screening per Promoveo guidelines. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. Preferred Skills Prior experience selling into dental, orthodontic, or DSO (Dental Service Organization) channels. Familiarity with clear aligners, and other digital dentistry products. Experience with account reactivation, utilization-growth, or launch-execution programs. Bilingual capability — English/French (Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec-adjacent) or English/Spanish (Texas, Florida, Southern California) is a strong asset. Comfort working in a fast-paced, contracted/outsourced field model with high accountability and direct Client visibility.
