Responsibilities include determining the cause of losses, verifying claim admissibility based on contracts, and communicating settlement offers to insured members. Candidates must hold a DEC in financial services and insurance or an AEC in damage insurance, along with a valid AMF license as a claims expert for personal insurance. A minimum of three years of relevant experience and functional English proficiency are required or preferred.
