We are currently looking for a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler to join our team for a Highway Infrastructure Project in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA (on-site position). -Project: Large-Scale Highway Infrastructure Development -Estimated duration of the position: 24 months - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity. -Summary The Senior Project Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for planning and scheduling activities within a large-scale linear infrastructure project. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with construction execution, contractual milestones, and resource planning. -Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline and updates). Perform schedule analysis, including critical path identification and progress tracking. Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project management teams. Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders. Support delay analysis and propose mitigation strategies. Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master project program. Monitor productivity and forecast project timelines. Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements. -Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours (1-hour break). -Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 9+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects. Strong experience in linear projects (highways preferred). Proven experience working on projects in the United States. Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory or highly preferred). Knowledge of MS Project is a plus. Solid understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies. Experience with baseline development, updates, and delay/claims analysis is a plus. English level: C1 (Advanced). -Benefits Working for an international company currently expanding. 22 paid vacation days +5 working days of sick leave (100% salary).
