PAL Airlines is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator to join our team in St. John's, NL. In the role of Flight Attendant Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Conduct and schedule in-flight inspections * Train Flight Attendants in accordance with approved training program * Prepare changes to in-flight service/training program and coordinate changes with the Cabin Safety Department * Maintain Flight Attendant electronic training files * Oversight and maintenance of documents required on the C-EFBs * Monitor on-line training courses to ensure courses are issued and completed * Implementation and development of training manuals * Develop training materials in accordance with the Company Training Standard * Monitor and bring forth improvements to be made in training processes to management; develop strategies for process improvement * Travel as required for training assignments * Conduct audits for cabin safety * Other duties as assigned The successful candidate will be required to maintain currency as an on-line flight attendant and fly as required to audit and ensure service standards. Qualifications: * Minimum two years experience as a flight attendant * Fluent in both English and French would be considered an asset Why work for PAL Airlines?
