PAL Aerospace is currently seeking qualified applications for a Quotations and Proposals Coordinator to join our team in Vaughan, ON. In this role, you will translate new business opportunities and requests from customers into the best possible solutions through a detailed plan by defining the business opportunity/problem, introducing causes and/or benefits, establishing step by step processes to accomplish project requirements, and highlighting cost-benefits analysis of proposed solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: * Interface and coordinate with clients, internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors to develop and prepare proposals, ROM estimates, quotes, and subsequent project requirements * Establish relationships with the client to clearly determine scope of the project to create a valuable quote or proposal * Prepare and follow up on quotes in response to existing and prospective client RFQ’s including incorporation of subcontractor requirements as required * Track and follow up activity with clients in database * Coordinate project costs controls from initial client contact and estimating, through development of final contract deliverables * Coordinate with program managers and operations after quote has been awarded to ensure all client expectations and delivery schedules are clearly communicated * Support program managers as required in design, engineering, certification, financial, scheduling and client issue resolutions * Lead quotation meetings to discuss status, identify opportunities and upcoming projects, and complete handover with program manager and internal staff * Manage drawing files and keep quotations and current projects accessible and organized * Represent the Company’s brand in seeking out new clients and converting into new business opportunities and contracts * Support innovation efforts for incorporation and development of new technology and modifications * Conduct client performance surveys after project completion, track and communicate results * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and skills: * Undergraduate Degree * Aerospace industry experience is strongly preferred. * Transport Canada/FAA/EASA experience preferred. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point. * Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings. * Results driven, adaptable and flexible. * Strong collaborative approach to building quotations to meet client expectations. * Dedication to relationship building and superior customer service is required. * Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in a dynamic team, multi-location team. * Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization. * Highly organized and can accurately maintain filing systems, databases, and meeting minutes. * Detail oriented and previous use of high-quality documentation practices. * Strong financial and business awareness. Exigences

Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree and possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Previous experience in the aerospace industry and familiarity with Transport Canada, FAA, or EASA regulations are strongly preferred.
