Refueller

PAL Aviation Services is the largest fixed-base operator (FBO) in Halifax and St. John's, offering extensive services to commercial, corporate, military, and private aircraft. PAL Aviation Services is currently seeking a full-time Aircraft Refueller to join our team in St. John's, NL. Duties and Responsibilities: * Operate fuel trucks and tank farm, completing daily walkaround inspections * Refuel several aircraft types including Dash 8’s, 737’s, etc. * Complete daily fuel receipts and submit fuel paperwork for processing * Responsible for fuel quality testing and bulk fuel acceptance/testing * Fuel inventory management * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Required: Valid Driver’s License Class 3 with air brake endorsement * Must possess a clean driving record and be able to provide a drivers abstract * The ability to operate VHF and handheld radios * Previous experience driving heavy equipment would be preferred * Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver superior customer service to clients * Previous knowledge of refueling and/or aviation experience would be an asset * Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations * High school completion required What PAL Aviation Services offers you: * Personal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with other airlines * Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * Defined Contribution Pension Plan * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Employee Tuition Assistance Program * Employee and Family Assistance Programs * Opportunities for growth PAL Aviation Services is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that celebrates and encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion whereby individuals are recognized, supported, and respected. The Aircraft Refueller is responsible for operating fuel trucks and tank farm equipment to refuel various aircraft types. They must also perform fuel quality testing, manage fuel inventory, and complete all necessary fuel documentation.

Candidates must hold a valid Class 3 Driver’s License with an air brake endorsement and possess a clean driving record. A high school diploma is required, and the ability to work flexible shifts is essential for operational needs.
