MFC Training is currently looking for a Standards Officer to join our team in Moncton, NB. Duties and Responsibilities: * Monitoring of flight test results / Instructor development * Organizing and conducting ground school training * Organizing an audit team and conducting audits * Amendment of the manual * Develop Corrective Action Plans * Assist senior mangers as requested * Other duties as assigned. The Standards Officer is responsible for monitoring flight test results, developing instructors, and organizing ground school training. They will also lead audit teams, manage manual amendments, and develop corrective action plans.

Candidates must hold a valid commercial pilot license or higher and possess experience in instructor training and supervision. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management are essential for this role.
