We are looking for a kind, compassionate, motivated employee to support our individuals and empower them to reach their goals. This job would entail helping with a variety of things from recreation activities to assisting with everyday errands, connecting with their community, as well as behavior support and encouraging the individual to live their best life! This position ranges from working in an office setting supporting individuals to in home support as required to help with home management, Life skills, or health related issues. A high school diploma is required as well as a drivers license, and you must have a minimum of 3 references. Training will be provided. *Core Functions* * To empower the individuals, we coach to live their best lives in all areas of life * To empower the individuals, we coach to reach their employment goals focusing on meaningful work for real pay that reflects the strengths and interests of the person coached. * To empower the individuals, we coach to be included in their community in the ways and to the degree that they want to be. Empowering people to be autonomous and independent in the community while fostering healthy natural support networks. A high school diploma is required as well as a Class 5 Drivers License at time of hiring, and you must have a minimum of 3 references. Training will be provided.
