PRT Dryden is looking for seasonal Forest Nursery Workers to help with our upcoming tree seedling harvest. If you want a physical, fast-paced outdoor job that makes a positive environmental impact, this is for you! You'll be harvesting tree seedlings for reforestation across North America. No specific work experience is needed – we'll provide full training. Your Role & What You'll Do You'll work as part of a supportive team, under the guidance of a Nursery Manager. Your main duties will involve: Harvesting and packing tree seedlings. Learning about forest nursery activities. Working independently and efficiently. Committing to quality and safety in a safe work environment. Qualifications Enough about us, let’s talk about you: What YOU bring to the table Reliable transportation to get to the PRT Dryden site daily Interested in and able to work in all types of outdoor environmental conditions. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour work shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs repeatedly through the entire shift. Appropriate work attire. Good manual dexterity and eyesight. A team-oriented personality with a positive attitude. A desire to learn and contribute to forest regeneration. Start Date: Aiming for week of October 12, 2026 Compensation and Benefits: Salary information: $18.50/HOUR and transitioning to piecework with greater earning potential Join PRT Dryden and help us make a real difference in the world!
