If you?re passionate about soccer, enjoy working with children, and are willing to learn, we?d love to hear from you. *Who We?re Looking For* We?re looking for someone with strong character, reliability, and a genuine passion for coaching young athletes. Experience is a bonus, but attitude, commitment, and the willingness to learn are even more important. We invest in our coaches and are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term coaching career with our academy. Responsibilities * Deliver fun, organized, and engaging training sessions for players aged 8?12. * Teach fundamental technical skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. * Help players build confidence, discipline, and teamwork. * Create a safe and positive learning environment. * Be prepared, punctual, and professional at every session. * Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches. Schedule Mondays & Wednesdays5:30 PM ? 7:30 PM Compensation $18?$20/hour(Based on experience, commitment, and performance.) *Qualifications* * Passion for soccer and youth development. * Reliable, responsible, and professional. * Enjoy working with children. * Strong communication skills. * Willingness to learn and accept feedback. * Available for the full season. * Playing or coaching experience is an asset but not required.
