We focus on delivering quality and on-time services across a variety of therapeutic indications.Job DescriptionAs a Lead Project Manager, your role will consist of two parts: Project Management and Corporate/Departmental Assignments. Project Management responsibilities include:Management of small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budgetPerforming the project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budgetAdherence to and promotion of principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customersProject team leadershipCorporate/Departmental Assignments include:Training, mentoring and coaching of study team members.Participation in feasibility researchAssistance in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the likeImplementation of company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental proceduresQualificationsAt least 5-year industry experience in clinical researchAt least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closureExperience in Oncology is preferred, experience in Gastroenterology and/or radipharmaceuticals is a plusAdditional InformationIf you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
