The Opportunity The sales associate reports to the Store Manager and guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the Store, per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. Your Daily Adventures * You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards. * You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment. * You will protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor. * You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales. * You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses. * You will assist with all other duties as required by store management. Your Toolkit * We require a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience. Compensation * The salary will be determined based on your work location, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
