Role Summary We are seeking an Electrical Foreman to join our team on various construction projects. You will install electrical systems on industrial projects/sites. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead electrical crews, including Foremen, Lead Hands, and field employees. Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily work activities to meet project timelines and requirements. Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, repairs, and modifications in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and applicable codes. Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, subcontractors, and resources required to complete work efficiently. Provide coaching, training, and performance support to team members while promoting a strong safety culture. Perform quality checks, address deficiencies, and ensure work is completed to project standards. Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues and improve productivity. Qualifications / Requirements Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate (Red Seal certification preferred) Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial construction electrical work H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), CSTS 2020, WHMIS, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Training, High Voltage & Low Voltage Safety Training, Confined Space Entry, Aerial Work Platform Certification, Arc Flash Training, PLC/Industrial Controls Training. Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH&S requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Proficient with hand tools, testing devices, and electrical equipment Valid driver's licence Flexible availability for shift work, overtime, and weekends, with a strong focus on safety and self-direction Ability to work in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to plan work, coordinate materials, and complete projects safely and efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, production, engineering, and field teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
