PTW is hiring a Petroleum Mechanic to join our team for future work in the GTA. If you are available, we want to hear from you! Job Details: Shift: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8 to 10 hours per day based on workload requirements Rate: $50 to $55/hr Travel Pay: Travel expenses are not covered for this local position. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area Day in the life: Install, maintain, and repair petroleum handling equipment, product lines, and mechanical systems within terminal or bulk plant facilities. Perform piping, mechanical, and containment system repairs following environmental and safety regulations. Conduct system inspections, leak tests, and preventative maintenance on fueling and product transfer systems. Support shutdowns, retrofits, and commissioning tasks on site. Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and equipment specifications. Collaborate with operations and instrumentation teams to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation. Requirements: Valid PM3 or PMH Certification (mandatory). Minimum 3 years' experience in petroleum handling, terminal maintenance, or mechanical/pipefitting work. Understanding of environmental codes and petroleum equipment safety standards. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to terminal sites as required. Safety tickets such as CSTS, WHMIS, and TDG considered assets. Must be authorized to work in Canada.
