Summary Clarity Builders is a new consultancy launching publicly in August 2026, built on ten years of Publivate Inc. work in BIM, change management, and infrastructure advisory services. We are hiring the person who will play an important leadership role, be an active partner in the launch, and grow into its senior leadership, reporting to the President. Who we are At this stage, Clarity Builders helps Canadian owners, contractors, and facility managers move from analog practice to digital leadership across the full life of their buildings and infrastructure. Every engagement starts with a unique diagnostic exercise that establishes where a client actually stands, what staying there costs, and which specific practice area work will move them forward: BIM under ISO 19650, digital procurement, digital twins, AI integration, or asset data. From there we offer them a thoughtful and valuable opportunity to advance the digitalization of their organization through CB’s management consultant retainer model. We learn and work exclusively in the built environment. What you would do · Play an integral role in the day-to-day operations across a small virtual team · Own senior client relationships, including presenting to executives and holding the room · Deliver and refine the diagnostic-led engagement model with real clients · Be technically sound for built environment digitalization with a keen understanding of BIM, Digital Twins, and industry standards · Decide, with evidence, where AI belongs in our delivery and in our client recommendations · Be a core cog in the public launch and the growth that follows into 2027 What we are looking for · At least five years in the built environment with hands-on BIM experience; familiarity with ISO 19650 is an asset · Full professional fluency in French and English · A critical thinker who enjoys solving problems of all size and asks what the evidence shows before deciding what to recommend · Comfortable working independently and within a virtual team, without someone checking in every day · A practical, current view on applying AI inside a business, including where it does not belong · Principled. Lead day-to-day operations of a virtual team and manage senior client relationships to drive digitalization in the built environment. Deliver diagnostic-led engagement models and integrate AI into business delivery and client recommendations.

Requires at least five years of experience in the built environment with hands-on BIM expertise and full professional fluency in both French and English. Candidates must be critical thinkers comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
