railway transport operations supervisor

Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Management. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
