Responsibilities Tasks Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks or heavy equipment Grease booms, pulleys, buckets and other components of heavy equipment Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers or radiators Replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Bending, crouching, kneeling Hand-eye co-ordination Physically demanding Own tools/equipment Gloves Safety glasses/goggles Steel-toed safety boots Tools

The role involves changing engine oil and lubricating moving parts for automobiles, trucks, and heavy equipment. Responsibilities also include installing replacement exhaust components and replacing various vehicle filters.
