We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Hillside Shopping Centre. Working alongside the Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, motivating team members, and helping the shop achieve its sales and service goals. The Assistant Manager supports the Shop Manager in daily operations, including leading and coaching team members to achieve sales and service goals. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of shop presentation and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment. Applicants are expected to have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
