Canada Customer Service Returns & Warehouse Coordinator Are you ready to reel in a dynamic career opportunity? At Pure Fishing, we’re passionate about delivering top-quality fishing gear and outdoor products—and we need a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to help manage returns and warehouse coordination in Canada. What will you do? The Canada Customer Service Returns and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end returns process while supporting warehouse operations and customer service activities. This role ensures efficient handling of returned goods, accurate inventory reconciliation, and seamless communication between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Manage the Canadian returns process, including authorizations, tracking, and resolution. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding returns, replacements, and warranty claims. Ensure timely and accurate processing of credits, replacements, and product disposition. Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering responsive and solution-oriented service. Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse teams to ensure efficient receipt, inspection, and processing of returned goods. Monitor inventory levels related to returns and ensure proper system updates and reconciliation. Operate battery-powered reach truck equipment while successfully obtaining forklift certification. Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment tracking and issue resolution. Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Track and analyze returns data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Quality, Supply Chain) to reduce return rates and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to returns, credits, and warehouse activity. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. What makes you a great catch? 2–5 years of experience in customer service, returns processing, logistics, or warehouse coordination. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
