Shift: Saturdays Only - 10:00am to 4:00pm (6 hours/week) Pay Rate: $22.13/hour Location: 3330 Hawthorne Road, Ottawa, ON Description Location: Ottawa - Hawthorne Shift: Saturdays Only - 10:00am to 4:00pm (6 hours/week) Pay-rate: $22.13 per hour, with first pay-increase after 3 months Requirments: G License for at least 3 years, no more than 3 demerit points on driver abstract The Courier picks up and delivers customer packages to meet daily pick-up and delivery schedules and resolves problems as they arise. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily pick-up and delivery schedules Scan packages / mail as it is received, delivered, or returned to the depot at the end of the day Resolve problems as they arise while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch and customers Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic-Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (E-DVIR) Additional Responsibilities Education Completion of High School Completion of specific vocational courses Valid Class G driver’s license Experience 3 years of driving experience and clean driver’s abstract to drive delivery vehicles. The Courier is responsible for picking up and delivering customer packages according to daily schedules. They must scan items, conduct vehicle inspections, and resolve on-road issues in collaboration with dispatch.

Candidates must have a valid Class G driver's license with at least 3 years of experience and no more than 3 demerit points. High school completion and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds are also required.
