Shift: Monday to Friday: 3:30am to 8:30am (25 hours per week) Pay Rate: $21.26/hour Location: 769 Powerline Road, Brantford, ON Description The AM Sorter sorts and separates freight by destination, weight, size, and shape to meet client delivery schedules. Responsibilities Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from conveyor into curbside trucks Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load-out Loads freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles Manually transfer bulk or non-conveyable items Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify improperly sorted packaged mail or packages and mail marked for priority or weekend delivery Experience Specialized education is not required. No experience necessary. The AM Sorter is responsible for unloading, sorting, and loading freight by destination, weight, and size to meet delivery schedules. They must also scan packages and ensure accurate handling of mail and freight within the warehouse environment.

No specialized education or prior experience is required for this position. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 pounds, and possess proficiency in English for communication.
