Upstream & Downstream Product Manager | Medical Device Industry Our client is a growing global healthcare organization looking to add Product Managers to their team as part of continued expansion and investment across their product portfolio. The company partners closely with healthcare professionals across pharmaceutical, compounding, and wellness markets, providing innovative products and solutions used in highly regulated healthcare environments worldwide. We are hiring for both an Upstream Product Manager and Downstream Product Manager. While the roles work closely together, they focus on different areas of the product lifecycle. 🔹 Upstream Product Manager — Focused on new product development and innovation, this role works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, quality, and procurement teams to identify market opportunities, build business cases, and bring new healthcare products to market. This person will play a key role in launching multiple new products this year while helping shape future portfolio strategy. 🔹 Downstream Product Manager — Focused on portfolio growth and commercialization, this role manages existing product lines by analyzing product performance, supporting sales initiatives, driving growth campaigns, and optimizing product strategy. This person will work closely with sales and marketing teams to protect and grow a large healthcare product portfolio. Open to candidates based in Montreal, as well as U.S.-based candidates located within Eastern or Central time zones.*
