About the role: Join PwC’s growing Valuations team within Capital Equipment (CE), where we help clients make informed decisions about their physical assets across the deal cycle and beyond. You will work with a diverse client base across sectors including Energy & Infrastructure, Industrials, Consumer and Private Equity, supporting them through transactions, financial reporting, insurance, asset-based lending and tax-related valuation needs. The role is not only about technical valuation delivery; it is about building trusted relationships, understanding client priorities, communicating complex matters clearly, and working collaboratively with specialists across PwC to deliver practical, insight-led advice. This role offers the opportunity to accelerate your career through exposure to a wide range of clients, sectors and asset types, working on complex engagements across the UK and internationally. You will collaborate with global teams and cross-disciplinary specialists, developing your stakeholder management, project delivery, commercial judgement and client-facing skills. We also use data analytics tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance how we work and deliver insights to clients. What your days will look like: You will: Deliver Capital Equipment valuation engagements (PPA, pre-deal, insurance, lending, tax), ensuring high-quality, timely outputs Manage client relationships, including scoping, fee discussions and presenting conclusions Manage multiple valuation engagements simultaneously, coordinating project plans, resources, budgets and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Review complex valuation models and reports, applying robust challenge and judgement Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (Deals, Audit, Tax) to deliver integrated solutions Develop and coach junior staff; drive quality and consistency across the team Contribute to business development, including proposals, thought leadership and client networking The role is for you if: You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills You have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver complex projects to deadlines. You can operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple engagements simultaneously You demonstrate commercial awareness and sound professional judgement You take ownership of delivery and team development You are motivated to build and grow our fixed assets valuation offering in a dynamic market Essential requirements of the role: Must possess a degree in Engineering (essential), ideally complemented by a professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CFA, MRICS) or equivalent work experience.
