Role - EMC Engineering Delegate (DAD/DAR) Location - Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Aero Domain Exp is must Qualifications – (Must have) delegated authority from Transport Canada, the incumbent will make findings of compliance for EMC-related certification activities, ensuring that aircraft systems are protected against electromagnetic threats including EMI, HIRF, lightning, and ESD. Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, Transport Canada DAD or DAR delegation in the EMC discipline. In-depth knowledge of electromagnetic theory, EMI/EMC, signal integrity, transmission lines, antennas, and propagation. Extensive knowledge of applicable regulations (e.g., 14 CFR / CAR 525, including fuel tank safety and electromagnetic effects requirements). Interpret and apply certification regulations (e.g., TCCA, FAA, EASA) related to EMC, lightning protection, and HIRF.
