Provide ongoing support and maintenance for capital markets trading and risk systems while automating routine tasks through scripting. Manage incident, problem, and change requests following ITIL principles and monitor application performance using various observability tools.

Candidates must have over 7 years of production support experience, 3 years in banking, and a mandatory Salesforce certification. Strong proficiency in Python, Linux, SQL, and ITIL methodologies is required for this hands-on role.
