SCM Process Orchestration Analyst Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)- Calgary, AB 12 Months Contract Position Summary The SCM Process Orchestration Analyst will support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing sustainment of Process Orchestration capabilities across Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions. This role will focus on driving process improvements and digital workflow enablement for key supply chain use cases, including: Requisition Intake and Triage Guided Buying Supplier Enablement Purchase Order (PO) Change Order Support Workflow Automation and Process Optimization The analyst will collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management, Technology Information Services (TIS), ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, and third-party solution providers to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of process orchestration solutions. This role is critical in improving user experience, increasing process compliance, reducing manual effort, and maximizing the value of digital transformation initiatives. Oracle Cloud SCM experience is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Process Orchestration Rollout & Adoption Support planning, coordination, and execution of Process Orchestration deployments across supply chain processes. Drive stakeholder readiness, user adoption, training, hypercare support, and transition to long-term sustainment. Monitor adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and process compliance. Business Partnership & Solution Enablement Partner with SCM, TIS, ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, and solution vendors to: Gather and validate business requirements. Assess process impacts. Support system testing and deployment activities. Coordinate issue identification and resolution. Supply Chain Process Analysis Act as a trusted advisor to business users by translating operational requirements into practical workflow, data, reporting, training, and change management solutions. Recommend opportunities to improve process efficiency, user experience, and compliance. Sustainment & Continuous Improvement Maintain and enhance deployed process orchestration solutions by: Monitoring defects and enhancement requests. Addressing recurring user issues. Identifying training gaps and knowledge management needs. Supporting ongoing process optimization initiatives. Training & Documentation Develop and maintain: Training materials Job aids Process documentation User communications Adoption dashboards and reports Ensure consistent process execution and user enablement across business units. Reporting & Analytics Analyze usage, adoption, and defect trends to identify barriers to success. Provide recommendations for enhancements and process improvements. Measure and communicate business value realization from Process Orchestration initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting Supply Chain Management business processes and system implementations. Knowledge of procurement and supply chain workflows, including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier management, and PO processes. Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, change management, or business process transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to support testing, deployment, issue resolution, and post-go-live sustainment activities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience developing training materials, process documentation, and user communications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules. Experience with Process Orchestration, workflow automation, or digital transformation platforms. Understanding of ERP systems, Accounts Payable processes, and procurement operations. Experience supporting rollout, adoption, and sustainment of enterprise business applications. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization practices.
