As a Sales Associate, you’ll create memorable guest experiences while building your skills and growing professionally with QE Home. What You’ll Be Working On Creating personalized guest experiences through thoughtful questions, product knowledge, and recommendations. Supporting daily store operations, including transactions, restocking, opening and closing duties. Maintaining strong merchandising and visual standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Working collaboratively to achieve sales goals and support a welcoming, inclusive store experience, with availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Physical Side of the Role Ability to stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt. Comfortable climbing ladders for merchandising and stock.
