Job Description Quadient Canada is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our Vancouver-based sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across an assigned territory. You will leverage a consultative sales approach to position Quadient's comprehensive portfolio of hardware and software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations and achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a B2B environment, managing complex sales cycles, and building executive-level relationships. Market and sell Quadient Canada's full portfolio of hardware and software solutions to both new and existing customers. Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Apply effective sales methodologies and strategic account planning to maximize revenue opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and decision-makers across various industries. Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative solution recommendations aligned to customer objectives. Maintain accurate prospect and customer records within Salesforce CRM. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure. Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and forecasting activities. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful solution implementation. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of successful B2B direct sales experience, preferably in technology, software, SaaS, business solutions, or related industries. Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to analyze market conditions, identify opportunities, and execute strategic sales plans. Proven success managing complex solution-based sales cycles and consultative selling engagements. Experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite decision-makers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities. Strong customer relationship management skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach. Exceptional business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI and business value propositions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and resourcefulness in resolving customer challenges. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
