Qualifications Prior experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory loss preferred Must reside in the Langley area (Langley, Aldergrove, Cloverdale) or be fully willing and able to reliably commute to shifts across Langley Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student) Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain Ability to travel around the local area Access to Internet / smartphone with data Join a team where your skills are valued, your schedule is respected, and your work truly matters. Provide personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance to clients with dementia while implementing calming and redirection techniques. Responsibilities also include meal preparation, medication reminders, and providing cognitive stimulation and companionship.

Candidates should have a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent and current CPR/First Aid training. Prior experience in memory care and the ability to reliably commute within the Langley area are preferred.
