Responsibilities Perform specialized wound care, dressing changes, and skin integrity assessments Conduct initial client health assessments and ongoing care plan evaluations Prepare, administer, and appropriately document actions taken specific to medications Perform all clinical skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with provincial scope of practice Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation and collaborate closely with Care Coordinators Educate clients and family members on post-acute care, infection control, and skin management Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precautions at all times Benefits/Perks Flexible working hours—select your own shifts for full-time, part-time, or casual hours Shift variety ranging anywhere from 2 hours up to 12 hours Competitive clinical pay rates Ongoing shifts in order to build close relationships with regular clients Supportive clinical team and office management Free education and training with QPath Career Pathways Program Referral bonuses and PPE provided Immense fulfillment making a direct impact on patient recovery and comfort Qualifications Active practicing registration and good standing as an RN or LPN with BCCNM Strong clinical background with demonstrated experience in specialized wound management Valid CPR/First Aid certification Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain Negative TB test or chest X-ray Self-directed with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle Access to a smartphone with internet/data for scheduling and documentation Join a team where your skills are valued, your schedule is respected, and your work truly matters. Exigences
