Remote role Duration: 2 months contract o Provide People Analytics support as a job augmentation resource, operating under the direction of the Manager, People Analytics. The scope below represents the primary areas of focus and is not limited to these items; any adjustments to scope or priorities will be discussed and aligned throughout the course of the engagement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting People Analytics strategic priorities through the delivery of conducting analysis, developing insights, crafting professionally written reports, and project management of assigned work. Work will focus on: Producing the quarterly Workforce Signals Report (formerly the CPO Scorecard) for the Management Committee, SLT, and Board — collating stakeholder and COE inputs into a single executive-ready presentation, organized around the five integrated leadership questions, with synthesis of key findings, business specific analysis, implications, and recommended focus areas Validating and refining AI generated first draft insights, incorporating the iterative tweaks and quality checks expected in this first cycle under the new approach, with final interpretation and accountability remaining with People Analytics and COE subject matter experts; details and expectations defined during onboarding. Preparing clear, accurate, and decision oriented analytical outputs using PowerPoint, Excel, and other approved tools — this will include executing both simple and complex descriptive and inferential analysis using multiple sources of data. Engaging directly with business stakeholders to gather inputs and shape the narrative.
