SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits

Contract Hours: 20 hours/ week Description Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits preferred. Ability to act as the Benefits Module Stream Lead, owning the Benefits workstream throughout the project lifecycle. Lead design workshops, manage client stakeholders, and collaborate with the overall HR Transformation Lead. Develop, maintain, and own Benefits design and configuration workbooks, while guiding client teams on processes and best practices. Manage and coordinate offshore support and configuration resources. Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support of the SuccessFactors Benefits module. Experience integrating Benefits with the broader SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and third-party benefits providers. Strong understanding of employee benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, eligibility rules, enrollments, life events, and benefits compliance requirements. Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable Benefits solutions. Experience working with large, complex organizations, preferably within unionized and regulated industries, including utilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business and HR stakeholders. Travel required on a periodic basis to New Brunswick and ability to work within Atlantic Standard Time (AST) business hours.

Requires demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Benefits and a strong understanding of benefits administration. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits is preferred, along with the ability to work Atlantic Standard Time hours.
