Performance Goals Lead Job information Contract ASAP - Dec 1, 2026 Remote Description Hours: ~fluctuates between 8 - 24 hrs/week depending on phase of the project Certifications: SuccessFactors Performance and Goals and SuccessFactors Succession and Development (nice to have) Ability to be a module stream lead for Performance & Goals Conduct design workshops, manage client counterparts, work with overall HR stream lead Own the Performance workbooks and guide client counterparts on use Manage off-shore module support resources Must have End to End implementation experience including designing, implementing, and cutover of Talent Management (Performance and Succession) solutions Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub Understand the business HR aspect of Performance and Succession and business processes Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and explain technical processes to non-technical audiences and bring them on the journey Travel: periodic travel to New Brunswick, must be able to work AST time zone hours

Lead the Performance and Goals module stream by conducting design workshops and managing client counterparts. Own the Performance workbooks and oversee off-shore module support resources.

Requires end-to-end implementation experience in Talent Management solutions and proficiency with the Talent Intelligence Hub. Certification in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals is required, with Succession and Development preferred.
