For more details, visit: Website or LinkedIn Page Role: Technical Program Manager - Bilingual (EN/FR) Experience: 8+ years Work Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Employment type: Full-time What you will do: Strategic Program Leadership: Define the program's strategic objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders. Develop and manage the integrated program plan, aligning technical requirements with business priorities, team capacity, and project timelines. Agile Framework & Execution: Architect, implement, and manage Agile framework for the program. Establish and facilitate the program's cadence, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-pillar synchronization meetings. PI Planning & Facilitation: Lead the end-to-end Program Increment Planning process, from preparation and readiness to facilitation and follow-up, ensuring the creation of a committed and aligned plan for the Agile Release Train. Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and drive the resolution of program-level risks, and cross-team dependencies to ensure a smooth flow of value delivery. Coaching & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and coaching to Scrum Masters and agile teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, servant leadership, and accountability across the program. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of communication for program status, progress, and metrics. Prepare and present executive-level reports and steering documents to ensure transparency and alignment with all stakeholders. Versatile Contribution: Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in where needed to support migration coordination, change management, backlog organization, or Jira/Confluence administration to ensure program success. Basic Qualifications (BQ): Significant experience in a senior role such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer, specifically leading large-scale cloud transformation or multi-cloud migration initiatives. Expert-level knowledge and practical application of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and lean-agile principles. Proven ability to structure and manage large, multi-pillar technology programs with complex interdependencies. Mastery of Jira, Confluence, and other agile management tools for managing complex backlogs and reporting on program-level metrics. Strong competency in cloud migration concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills. Other Qualifications (OQ): SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
