Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Manager role based in Vancouver, BC. The Junior Sales Manager will support sales growth by managing key customer accounts, assisting in outreach to retailers and partners, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to communicate value effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, coordinating with marketing on promotions, and supporting the execution of sales campaigns. The role also involves responding to customer and partner inquiries, helping organize sales meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship skills, including basic account management, lead follow-up, and customer service abilities. Business and analytical skills, such as understanding sales metrics, using spreadsheets or CRM tools, and preparing clear reports. Communication and collaboration skills, including strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail, prioritization of tasks, and reliability in meeting deadlines. Interest in consumer products and parenting-related markets; previous experience in retail, baby products, or CPG is an asset. Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and engaging directly with customers and partners. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) and willingness to learn CRM and sales platforms.
