Associate Vice-Principal (Development) As Associate Vice-Principal (Development), you will lead a skilled team responsible for major and leadership giving, gift planning, corporate and foundation relations, prospect development, and donor experience programs. The Associate Vice-Principals will lead teams focused on major and leadership giving, gift planning, and donor experience programs. They will also engage with high-net-worth individuals and major donors to expand fundraising capabilities.

Candidates must be able to maintain a regular onsite presence and are expected to travel within and outside of Canada for donor engagement. The positions require strong leadership and fundraising skills.
