We are seeking an outgoing, sales-driven team member to fill a permanent, full-time position as an Inside Sales Representative – Vancouver Whitehorse Richmond office. Your role will be to deliver an exceptional purchasing experience to our customers for all their MRO needs. As an integral part of the MRO team, you will be responsible for increasing sales within the product portfolio by making outbound calls, following up on marketing campaigns, and responding to customer calls and emails. As a fully trained product expert, you will recommend the appropriate product based on application and priority. Order processing, follow-ups, and quote tracking are also key responsibilities of this role. Key Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative: Identify target customers within our database based on size and opportunity. Conduct sales calls to understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Respond to incoming inquiries by phone or email regarding products and services offered. Propose alternatives or substitutions as required. Prepare customer quotations. Work closely with the marketing team to develop product campaigns. Follow up on Requests for Quotation (RFQs). Achieve sales and margin targets. Build customer relationships through support and innovation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Develop knowledge of new products and procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written. Eagerness to learn more about products and safety standards.
