What you will do: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns by phone and email. Deliver exceptional customer service that supports sales growth and strengthens customer satisfaction. Partner with Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Manage the full order lifecycle—from order entry through delivery—including tracking orders and recommending complementary products. Recommend strategies that increase the adoption of private-label products and digital solutions. Support OSRs in developing account growth strategies and preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Help ensure deliveries are timely and accurate while supporting day-to-day customer operations. Resolve customer issues efficiently while working remotely or from company offices, as required. What you will bring: A minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the building materials industry. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment. Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes. Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and communicate frequently by phone and email.
