What You’ll Do You’ll work with a collaborative team that values initiative, curiosity, and follow-through. Key responsibilities include: * Assist with the design and drafting of municipal infrastructure, site servicing, grading, and stormwater management projects. * Prepare and develop Civil 3D drawings and technical design documentation for Facilities, ICI Site Plan, and Municipal Infrastructure projects. * Support project managers and senior technical staff through project planning, detailed design, and construction phases. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery. What You Bring We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in doing quality work. You’ll succeed if you have: * Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technician program, or a Bachelor of Engineering degree. * Experience or interest in municipal infrastructure, site development, grading, stormwater management, and municipal servicing design. * Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment. It’s a bonus if you also have: * Previous co-op, internship, or professional experience supporting municipal, land development, Facilities, or ICI projects. * Knowledge of Ontario municipal design standards, site plan approvals, or construction administration processes. Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 The final compensation offered will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
